Abstract
In this last of our three-part series, Tibor Papp, Head of the Consultancy Group at PharmaVentures, looks at the approach taken by this Group in assisting small-to-medium sized companies to increase their target candidate list and speed up the subsequent licensing process. He addresses the key challenges faced by such companies in licensing products, the screening, qualifying and evaluation process for partners, and the striking of an optimal deal.
