Flexion Therapeutics has licensed-in four clinical stage compounds with two major pharma giants, AstraZeneca, Merck Serono, and a third undisclosed drug maker. An investment from Pfizer’s Venture Capital group closed Flexion’s series A financing at US$42 M.
