Human Genome Sciences (HGS) granted CoGenesys (a spin-off company of HGS) the exclusive rights to develop and commercialize biological products against human gene targets identified by HGS. In addition HGS also licensed its albumin-fusion technology to develop and commercialize certain albumin fused proteins.
