Adherex Technologies and Oxiquant merge equally under the name Adherex Technologies, Inc., that focuses on the development of anticancer therapeutics. All the non-cancer assets of Adherex, including technologies will be spun-off in a new company, Cadherin Biomedical Research, Inc.
