Abbott to take full control of Hokuriku Seiyaku

Abstract


Abbott acquired the remaining 33.3% of the issued common shares of Hokuriku Seiyaku and took control of 66.6% of the equity by acquiring Knoll. Abbott intends to merge Hokuriku with Dainabot having made a tender offer of ¥38 B.
