Shionogi reacquired the marketing and distribution rights from Biovail to Cedax® (ceftibuten) in the US. Biovail entered into distribution rights with Shionogi after it has terminated its sublicensing agreement with Schering-Plough for the marketing and distribution rights to Cedax®.
