In a strategic move to strengthen its leadership in immunology and next-generation cell therapies, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has entered into a collaboration with Sail Biomedicines to advance innovative in vivo CAR-T therapies for immune-mediated diseases. The agreement provides J&J with access to Sail's proprietary eRNA™ and targeted nanoparticle platform, as well as its lead autoimmune disease programme, expanding the company's capabilities in immune system reprogramming and potentially curative therapies. The collaboration enhances J&J’s cell therapy portfolio, supports the development of scalable in vivo CAR-T treatments.
