Nycomed has hired Goldman Sachs to evaluate potential buyers for the whole company. The group of private equity firms that own Swiss-based Nycomed may be looking for a quick exit in the current M&A environment. Nycomed is also seeking a partner for its experimental COPD treatment, Daxas® in the US.
