Recordati has established a subsidiary in Turkey through its latest acquisition of the Turkish company, Yeni Ilac, for €48 M (US$60 M). Turkey’s growing economy has spurred this acquisition and Recordati will take full advantage of Yeni Ilac’s strong presence in the Turkish market to sell its own products.
