Abstract
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a progressive, degenerative disease alters brain, causes impaired memory, thinking and behaviour. This article focuses on acetylcholine esterase inhibitors for the symptomatic treatment of AD, focusing on the therapeutic intervention of the disease due to its complexity and heterogeneity and also developing Betabloc vaccine for treating AD, which raises the immune response to toxic peptides found in AD plaques in brain.
