King Pharmaceuticals acquired US and Puerto Rican rights to Ortho-Prefest®, a hormone replacement therapy from Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical (J&J) with a deal value up to US$230 M. King also enters into manufacture and supply agreement with Ortho-McNeil for the drug.
