Abstract
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is to sell the marketing rights of Levitra® (vardenafil), a male impotence drug back to Bayer for €208 M. The companies co-promote the drug in Italy, where Bayer markets it as Levitra and GSK as Vivanza®.
